What to Expect

1. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted at the front desk.

2. We'll get a uniform for you to change into.

3. While the rest of the class reviews, you'll meet an instructor for a 10-minute intro. You'll learn about the curriculum and your first technique. 

4. Then you'll join the group class. We'll make sure to pair you up with an experienced student whom you can practice with safely.

5. If you love the class, you can enroll in a 10-day trial or a full membership. 

6. If you don't love the class, no problem. We never pressure anyone to join us.
